The Administrator role provides high quality administrative support services to the Academic Portfolio Managers and wider UCOL kaimahi, ensuring a high standard of delivery that meets the needs of the customer. This role is part of a wider Administration team that functions as a critical service provider to enable kaimahi to meet the needs of their customers and stakeholders.
You will have diverse skills, including:
• Proven quality administration and support skills
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and CRM software skills
• Project support and coordination skills
• Analytical skills
• The proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key internal and external customers and stakeholders.
• Experience in the tertiary sector would also be desirable, but not essential.
